Terry Levy

Terry worked for 11 years with the Miami-Dade Building Department as a Supervisor to the Zoning Department where she reviewed plans and for compliance with code 33 of the Building Code along with Chapter 18A Planning Code. She implemented many procedures to enhance the communities knowledge of the laws, sat on the Mayor’s Task Force, worked directly with the Division of Alcohol Beverage and Tobacco’s Bureau of Licensing as the Authorized Agent for all Alcohol Licenses in Miami-Dade, shortly thereafter she retired from the county and pursued her own business, C.A.T. Processing Inc., a permit expediting service where she was the liason for builders in South Florida representing them in the local permitting departments. Terry decided to follow her dream of going back to school and earned her associates degree specializing in paralegal studies.
